Fatigue is a consequence of changes in the bodies cells and they way in which they produce energy in the form of a substance called ATP. Active Ingredients and their function:

B Vitamins- Vitamins B1(thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine) and nicotinamide (a form of vitamin B3) are all water soluble vitamins that are needed in the process of metabolising dietary amino acids and fats. These vitamins play central roles in the Krebs cycle and energy (ATP) production. Each of these vitamins has a unique structure and participates in different parts of the energy production process which is why they are all vital. In addition to the energy production processes these vitamins are also known to provide a wide range of valuable health benefits, including cardiovascular health (heart), neurological health (brain), and immunity (resistance to infection).

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a powerful anti-oxidant and is an essential component of healthy mitochondrial function. It is incorporated into each cells mitochondria where it facilitates and regulates the oxidation of fats and sugars into energy.

Nuragene Antioxidant Proprietary Blend (patent pending): is a combination of myrtle and rosemary extracts which possess strong antioxidant properties that protect cells and tissues from free radical damage. Myrtle and Rosemary are herbs that are native to the Mediterranean region, in particular Sardinia. Myrtle extracts are very rich in polyphenols, in particular, galloyl derivatives which possess a potent antioxidant activity. Rosemary extract is rich in carnosol, a naturally occurring phytopolyphenol which functions as a strong antioxidant.
